YOUR ORDER

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.

How do I choose a quantity?
Click “Your Cart” to choose or adjust the quantity.

Can I change my order once it’s been processed?
Orders may be changed, however, on average, all orders are shipped within 48 hours.  In some instances, orders may be shipped within 24 hours.  If you have to change/cancel your order, please send an e-mail to store@msm.edu within 24 hours of your purchase that includes your confirmation number, item(s) purchased, contact information and a brief description of what you'd like changed/canceled and a representative from the Department of Marketing and Communications will contact you.

Can I have my item gift wrapped?
Merchandise that can be wrapped will have the “Gift Wrap” option to select when placing your order.

SHIPPING

Who are your shipping carriers?
UPS (Ground) and FedEx.

How long does it take for an item to ship?
If the merchandise is in stock, your order will be received within 7-10 business days.  During the holidays, delivery time may take longer.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

  • To be eligible for a full refund, merchandise must be in new condition, returned with all the pieces originally shipped, including the original receipt.
  • Without a receipt, a store credit will be issued at the current selling price.
  • No refunds will be given on gift cards.

Defective or incorrectly shipped items should be returned in the original packaging with the original receipt.

How do I return or exchange an item?

  • Merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase and shipped to the following address: TBD
  • Your return or exchange should include a completed Return/Exchange Form (included as part of your original shipment.)
  • Submit the following information with your return/exchange:
    • Full name
    • Mailing address
    • E-mail address
    • Phone number
    • order number (if available)
    • Brief description for returning item
